I keep getting told that statics is the weeding out course in all engineering programs everywhere. For the past two weeks, I’ve been trying to wrap my head around it. I understood the math behind it, since it’s just basic trigonometry, but I couldn’t set up the problems to save my life.
In the past 3 days, however, something inside me went “Oh” and I instantly knew how to work everything out. It’s nice when you realize that you can actually do useful work and end up with a result that means something, instead of just a final number.
That = past 2 weeks of AP Physics.
Me = failing.
Hooray!
