Oh god what have I done

Edit: Improvement!

This one will open up full resolution, you are warned

All with my 50mm 1.8 butting up against my camera body.

I am so making my own reverser ring as soon as possible.

Welcome to the Terror Dome

Really, I can’t put it any other way than these two videos.

And even that doesn’t do what that place is any justice.

If you can’t tell, I’m a little excited for the Boston College game tonight :D

I have never watched this much college football before

I blame the media. Stupid ESPN with their non-stop coverage sucking me in.

In other news, I really want a 70-200mm L (2.8  preferred, 4 acceptable). Like whoa. :D

Weekinreview

On Saturday I sat in a van with people from five different countries. There were 4 Americans, one guy from New Zealand, one Englishwoman, three Germans and two Chinese nationals. That was an interesting combination of accents. College is fun :D (And so is paintball!)

I also remember at random moments that I’ve submitted photos to the Virginia Tech April 16th Archives. You can view them here and here.

Ninja Edit: One day I’m going to get a picture of the clouds here during sunsets. So pretty. (And holy hell it’s dark before 7PM already)

VCU, Panoramics and lack of food

VCU WAS AWESOME PICTURES HERE, ETC :D

Now all of you need to come down here for a weekend.

On the car ride back from VCU, I got to messing with a set of photos I took at the first Virginia Tech football game on September 1st. It was the ESPN Gameday game. Hokies United had a thing where they made signs thanking other schools for their support after the April 16 shooting, like these:

Signs

After the show ended, as I walked out of the lot, I saw all the signs lined up on the fence. I snapped a quick series of shots wishfully thinking I could make a panoramic out of it.

It turned out better than I thought (big file):
VT Thanks Signs

Anyway, glad to have seen everyone this weekend. As for the rest, onto Thanksgiving!

Now back to eating peanut butter.

WOO!

Welcome to October

In celebration of the 10th month, I post pictures of people taking pictures of me.

Why? Because I can. :D

And that’s all I found in my 6274 photos to date :D
